
Open Days 2026
Enrolments are open for the 2026–27 academic year. Come and discover the Barcelona School of Pastry at our Open Days and learn about our training programme, facilities, and the daily life of our students.
Specialised course dedicated to Showcase Pastry, where professionals can learn techniques, finishes and trends in modern pastry. This training is led by the renowned pastry chef Miquel Guarro and combines demonstration and hands-on practice to improve the student’s technical level.
Schedule: Wednesday from 10:00 to 14:00, and Thursday and Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 (including a one-hour lunch break).
The general course price is €500 (VAT included). For members, students and alumni, the reduced price is €300.

Let’s discover what will be the best artisan panettone of 2025! On 4 November, the Spanish Artisan Panettone competitions will be held in the fruit and chocolate categories, within the Gastronomic Forum of Barcelona.
