Showcase Pastry Masterclass with Miquel Guarro

Professional training in Showcase Pastry

Specialised course dedicated to Showcase Pastry, where professionals can learn techniques, finishes and trends in modern pastry. This training is led by the renowned pastry chef Miquel Guarro and combines demonstration and hands-on practice to improve the student’s technical level.

Course dates and schedule

The masterclass runs from 19 to 21 November.

Schedule: Wednesday from 10:00 to 14:00, and Thursday and Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 (including a one-hour lunch break).

Course price

The general course price is €500 (VAT included). For members, students and alumni, the reduced price is €300.
