Pastry Chef | 1st year
In this initial course you will acquire the basic concepts of artisan pastry and its ingredients, in order to establish a solid foundation in your training.

Pastry Chef | 2nd year
In the second year you will delve into more classic pastry and continue developing skills and acquiring knowledge to progress in the workshop.

After having learned the fundamentals of pastry, you will develop your more creative side and be able to experiment with new trends in the sector.
