Asimismo, pasteleros externos al centro y con una <strong>amplia experiencia<\/strong> en el mundo profesional imparten clases magistrales para completar los conocimientos del alumnado. <br><br>Buena parte del profesorado <strong>se ha formado en la Escola de Pastisseria del Gremi de Barcelona,<\/strong> o bien ha establecido un v\u00ednculo de colaboraci\u00f3n s\u00f3lido. Actualmente, sigue combinando su tarea docente con la direcci\u00f3n del centro, con una l\u00ednea basada en el sentido cr\u00edtico y la alta exigencia profesional en la tarea diaria. Reconocida por su gran creatividad y versatilidad, especialmente en el trabajo con chocolate y helader\u00eda, fue proclamada Mejor Maestra Artesana Chocolatera de Espa\u00f1a en 2019 y se impuso en las ediciones 2017 y 2021 del Concurso Internacional de Figuras de Chocolate.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf59b6d elementor-align-justify Badia Roca. Combina una s\u00f3lida base t\u00e9cnica con una gran creatividad en todas las disciplinas de la pasteler\u00eda, destacando especialmente en la boller\u00eda, las masas laminadas y la
