Se empez\u00f3 a impartir el primer curso con car\u00e1cter experimental, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de <b>Ramon Rodrigo<\/b>, con una treintena de alumnos.  <\/p><p>En los a\u00f1os 80 la EPGB se consolid\u00f3 con una media de unos 130 alumnos por curso y la implicaci\u00f3n de cada vez m\u00e1s profesionales agremiados como profesores habituales o colaboradores externos. En 1990<b> se inaugur\u00f3 la nueva escuela,<\/b> que se traslad\u00f3 al primer piso de la sede del Gremio, en la calle Comtal 32, con la asistencia del alcalde Pasqual Maragall.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-de51b41 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"de51b41\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-431b62a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"431b62a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e04e85b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e04e85b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En 1997 el Gremio (representado por el entonces presidente Joan Turull) y el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona <b>firmaron el convenio<\/b> para hacer posible la instalaci\u00f3n de un espacio para la EPGB en el antiguo convento de San Agust\u00edn, un edificio emblem\u00e1tico por su valor hist\u00f3rico y arquitect\u00f3nico.<b> La firma se hizo con una manga pastelera sobre un libro de chocolate confeccionado por alumnos de la escuela.<\/b><\/p><p><strong>En 2001 l\u2019EPGB se traslad\u00f3 <\/strong>a su actual ubicaci\u00f3n, en la Plaza Pons i Clerch 2, en el antiguo Convento de San Agust\u00edn. <strong>Las instalaciones, renovadas <\/strong>con un presupuesto de unos 420.000 euros, se convirtieron en la sede de la Fundaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Escola del Gremi de Pastisseria y el Museu de la Xocolata de Barcelona (inaugurado el octubre del a\u00f1o 2000 al octubre del 2000).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-787c0e6 e-con-full animated-slow e-flex elementor-invisible e-con e-child\" data-id=\"787c0e6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;slideshow&quot;,&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInRight&quot;,&quot;background_slideshow_gallery&quot;:[],&quot;background_slideshow_loop&quot;:&quot;yes&quot;,&quot;background_slideshow_slide_duration&quot;:5000,&quot;background_slideshow_slide_transition&quot;:&quot;fade&quot;,&quot;background_slideshow_transition_duration&quot;:500}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-456a6e7 elementor-pagination-position-outside elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-carousel\" data-id=\"456a6e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;slides_to_show&quot;:&quot;1&quot;,&quot;navigation&quot;:&quot;dots&quot;,&quot;autoplay&quot;:&quot;yes&quot;,&quot;pause_on_hover&quot;:&quot;yes&quot;,&quot;pause_on_interaction&quot;:&quot;yes&quot;,&quot;autoplay_speed&quot;:5000,&quot;infinite&quot;:&quot;yes&quot;,&quot;effect&quot;:&quot;slide&quot;,&quot;speed&quot;:500}\" data-widget_type=\"image-carousel.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image-carousel-wrapper swiper\" role=\"region\" aria-roledescription=\"carousel\" aria-label=\"Hist\u00f2ria -
